All my jewellery is designed & hand made by me and may differ slightly from the display photographs. I do my best to reproduce colours accurately but the images on screen cannot be guaranteed as accurate due to the variations in monitors etc.  No two items will be the same which guarantees you have a unique piece of wearable art.

Shipping

In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

I offer a number of postage options for your items.  I recommend that Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for postage within the UK as this guarantees tracking and delivery is signed for.  It also provides insurance cover for your items.  

For international deliveries I recommend you use a Tracked and or signed for option to protect your purchases. If other delivery options are selected a proof of posting will be obtained but safe delivery cannot be guaranteed by Pumblechook's

Lead Times for Made to Order Items

Most of my pieces are hand made to order from precious metals & gemstones with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. This is dependant on the type of item and time of year. For example, items above the legal weight for hallmarking will be sent to the Assay Office, Birmingham and require an additional week to turn this around. Lead times will be agreed with you at the point of ordering.

Returns

Personalised and bespoke items are not covered by our standrd 30 day cancellation policy.  You may cancel your order for personalised or bespoke items if work has not commenced on them.  If I have had to buy items specifically for your purchase, but no work has begun, the cost of the items will be deducted from the refund.

If you have received a damaged item you will need to notify me, with accompanying photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt so that there can be an early resolution. If the item is deemed by me to be damaged arrangements will be made for the item to be returned and replaced or returned and a refund issued.

If you are not satisfied with you product for any other reason and it is a standard, non-personalised item, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days.

If you wish to return any products please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you do not return the goods within 14 days of informing me of your intentions, your right to cancel will be lost.

It is your responsibility to return and such items in the same saleable condition that they were sent. You will be responsible for the cost of returns and it is advised that you use a traceable method of return such as Royal Mail signed for.

Any goods that are returned and incomplete, damaged or in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.

Earrings cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival due to hygiene issues.
